Late. Didn’t use their service

Not detailing enough. Don’t even help me vacuum and also wipe also din wipe for my all cabinet probably.

the cleaners did a good job, they know what to do and efficient.

They come and finish work efficiently

Fix appointment at 11am but cleaner reached at 1.25pm
Request 2 cleaner but provided 3 cleaner for 3 hrs where the cleaning work totally slow
Each work need to instruct them and not helpful
At the end, half work pending and agency request to add extra hours

Arrived more than 1 hour late! Did not do what I have requested despite multiple reminders. If u know the location is far for u, pls don’t accept the job. Don’t give me all kinds of excuses and come all the way to do a bad job! Poor communication between the contact person with the phone and cleaners. Bad quality service and bad experience. Highly do not recommend!
