The contractor is offering value for money services. Out of the many contractors i was surveying, this one be able to offer the fit for purpose solution that really addressed the problem i was facing. He is also not very calculative.

I recommended him for my mom and sister's houses also and they are equally satisfied

The contractor also kept his promise on the warranty. He came to follow up when problem arose..
