Because he had a heavy accent and it was so difficult to understand what he was saying in pidgin Malay. I felt bad that he had to come all the way from KL for nothing. Again, my bad for not speaking on the phone first, but he didn't pick up my call and merely texted.

Later, I was so shocked to get an invoice for RM100 for "work done" and that I had even paid up! Recommend has since clarified it was supposedly a mistake and there's no charge and that it is not connected to my bank account, but I'm wary now of even this platform.
