Did not provide quotation that i requested for. WhatsApp also no reply. Just hanging there without any answer. I don't know what does it mean.

The boss and Supervisor has been really great. They are the only ones that did not hesitate to come and give quotations and within the price range we had expected and went to work right away! Both boss and the supervisor communicated very well together and there has been no problem. On time! Fast service! Workers were good too. Cleaned all the area (very surprised), huge bonus on that.

Only one down side, one of the workers refuse to admit fault when something damage. After reporting to the boss himself on the damage - the worker had the cheek to tell me off why I am complaining to the boss directly. The workers will need some sort of training and need to be more understanding that clients most of the time are always right and when mistakes happens it happens but be kind enough to admit mistake and to fix it and not to assume that it can't be done! I was happy they fix the floor. But the scratch that was done on the deck will not go unless have to redo all (which cost again money). This issue to us is a small/common problem with workers but try to reduce damage next time. The boss has been really understanding and that's a big bonus. Will hire them again for any big projects for sure!
