I had just moved into a room where the previous tenant was a heavy smoker. I initially requested for the mattress to be cleaned, but decided to replace the mattress and only clean the bed divan. KJY accommodated this change, as well as when I requested to change the dates of my appointment. They replied to my queries as quickly, arrived on time, cleaned the cigarette stench off the divan and gave other suggestions on how to reduce the smell in the room. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them!

Second time using KJY Services, great service, courteou and helpful !. Carpet is clean but I'm most impressed with the work on my kitchen tile. The differences between before and after is impressive!
