They did not repair the washing machine as the replacement part is no longer available in the market. As such we bought a new washing machine instead. Notwithstanding, we have no complaint pertaining to the services provided. They are indeed very professional.

They come and change the deforest sensor and collect 250 RM, which is out of the agreement.
Next day, the fridge have same problem. I call him and he said that the sensor he replaced is not original and need to order original one. and it will take one week.
later he just postponed and said spare part takes time.
Recently he ignored calls and not replaying messages.

Simply he is non - professional and ask Recommend to remove his name from their services

Same thing happended with me + now it ios two month and he is still saying he will bring the original sensor - he is a lier
