1. Not on time.
2. Not proper chemical service.
3. Not fulfill 30 days warranty, ask to pay to come check again.
4. No details on leakage, assume issue without any diagnosis tool and give high cost to repair.

Before service, beg to take with discount outside recommend. After service give review then comes out dissatisfaction reply as below.

In general, nice team and very fast. A couple of feedback points. The gentleman did not clean up the area after he was done. I am not sure if this was due to miscommunication but it was quite messy. Secondly, there may have been one screw that was left out as I found it in my toilet.

They have a very polite team with good communications. Service was also rendered professionally. There was a bit of hiccup but it's all sorted out nicely. Would recommend.

Very good job they do

Came to check and say that my aircond need a full chemical service which cost 300. After done leaking start again after few days. Came to check again say that is the generator issue. Done without charging, but the leaking start again after few days. Now they say that is because the way i on and off the aircond. After i changed the way of doing it the leaking still there. Now my wall is full of water stain and all they say in WhatsApp is just "sorry". Now i have to find another vendor to fix it.
Additional note on of the worker sat on my bed without my consent.
