Mr. Nabeel did a good job installing our water heater. He came on time and cleaned up after the installation. However we felt the price charged was on the higher end but they responded fast to us so we didn’t mind paying.

Their price was reasonable and they arrived sharp at 3pm as agreed. They completed the job in 1 hour and cleaned up before leaving

They didnt have the proper tools to fix plumber. Good in hiding fault, never properly fixing problem, completed their task within 10 mins for toilet smell issue. My toilet plumbing still coming out foul smell. After contacting second group of experts, they find out this vendor was putting the cement on the wrong place instead of the actual drainage hole. Too smart indeed! They cost me extra money to clean their mess up. Beware guys!!

They follow up on the next week.
They told me need to put more cement on the leaking place( wrong place) . But I instruct them to remove the entire toilet fixture so we can see the actual leaking place. After removing the fixture, the worker is shock that they previously putting cement at the wrong place which is far from the hole. After identify the issue, they patch the hole up( but doing it halfway) , and was telling me the foul smell issue is solved.
But as soon as the worker leave, the foul smell remains.

I was wondering how come I have to instruct them to do their work properly.

Beware of foreigner worker, case not resolved yet! Better to find local guys which is more skilful, trustable and easier to communicate.

No proficient in Malay or English.
Need special attention in doing work.
Price is not cheap either.
Waste time waste cleaning effort.




Very regret to accept them and pay them. I should have trust the bad commend that people raise up.

Hallo, I pay you RM 250 for use single toilet bowl repair and it caused me so many issue and the issue still unresolved. I already overpaid! I even pay extra RM 20 for you while you follow up for second time.
