Felt like service was overpriced. Was charged RM280 for labour only (single tap replacement), excluding parts costs. And this was after negotiation.

A poor experience overall. Someone was sent to check my kitchen sink plumbing, did a silicone seal around the sink and requested a charge of RM400 initially. It was daylight robbery and a poorly done job. The next day someone else was sent but not much could be done to fix it and he apologised for the day before.
