I recently hired MGEC for renovation works in Nilai. I was happy with the works they carry out. Ganesh was professional in delivering what I planned out (including the minor changes to it) and also when settling some minor problems that appeared during construction. The only thing I'd hope was for the renovation to be completed faster

I was lucky that I have came across with MGEC when browsing through Recommend.my. Mr. Ganesh and his subordinates did excellently well with the tasks that they have been given to. Initially, I contacted Mr. Ganesh only for water pump installation. But after I have seen how he and his workers get things done, I have decided to proceed with the works of changing my house water tank since my old water tank was so moldy and there were a few leaks on its surface. There are also pipe leakage for both of my water closets’ upstairs and needed to be repaired and so far, all the works done were very well done. I would recommend using MGEC service since they are well-experienced on any repair/renovation works.

Quality overall, this company is good. Just be wary, that he won't complete your job, all the major part will be completed.

The removing of items, the touching up surface of work, and all minor works won't be completed on time.

He will request 100% when all the major works are done. But left the minor works to be done undone for more than 2 months. Because he already obtained 100% payment, he won't even bother to do the minor work on the ceiling or that such.

So in-term of quality of work for the Major Works, yes is on par. The investigation he did is good. But better find a better contractor to even do the work, as they will complete your work during that time.

They won't beg for money because it's Deepavali or Chirstmas for the 100% and promise you all the work that he will complete all the minor work. He will said this week will settle for you.. after 2 weeks, you won't hear from him again.

That's that kind of workmanship.

Don't trust this kind of people.
