TIEN SOON
Two main feedback/complain received from my tenant:
1) The estimated price was not provided before the work start.
2) Price charges was high and later reduced to more than half the original charged price. This give an indication that the price charges are fishy/not sincere.
Anyway, workmanship is acceptable.

I agree, Mirajan is timely, most others on recommend seem to be too busy for the smaller jobs, that is not professional.

No reply on whether coming to view my renovation unit. Indicated that will come to view but no response after dropping him a message. Poor customer service

Maybe you did not message them through the recommend portal? did you use watsapp or other form of communication?
