Im not satisfied because the never clean the hous properly. Myself, my wife and my mom worked together with them and also cleaning the house and we clean more space then them. They were too slow and not doing the cleaning properly. They just clean the house for the sake of time and that’s it.. overall, im not satisfied..

Cleaner although did a good job, I have specifically communicated via whatsapp & made payment for cleaning supplies as my apartment unit is new & there’s not a single cleaning supply. I requested for vacuum cleaner because floors were very dusty. They have forgotten to bring it and also did not inform me earlier until I asked for it. Cleaning supplies brought were there but the detergent used for my tiles is not suitable. Made the tiles spotty. So I have to go out and buy glass cleaner and also a floor detergent. I went out 2 rounds to nearby shops. Also the cleaner couldn’t perform well with the glass cleaning because she has no newspaper in hand. I didn’t want to go out the 3rd round anymore. So I just left her to do her best. My sliding doors and windows where obviously not clean enough. There’s watermarks everywhere.
