Very attentive and helpful. They did their best to clean every corner of the house. Well done

House is 750sqft. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Chose the 2 people 2 hours based on recommendation for 2 bedroom apartment. Requested to clean the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room, and mop the master bedroom. Told them no need to clean any other bedroom nor tidying the master bedroom.

The male cleaner did a fairly good job in cleaning as the only instruction i gave him was about my oily kitchen floor and throwing bottles but he has sense to wipe the cupboard and clean the kitchen stove which i did expect him to do. He did not wipe my coway machine top tho.

The female cleaner on the other hand started with the bathroom. She took almost an hour to clean a small bathroom about 6ft x 4ft. And it was half assed at that! She did not scrub the floor edge and when i pointed it out, she gave excuses saying it’s a hard stain and the cleaning product i provided doesn’t work. I used my foot to scrub it a bit and it came out just fine... so she cleaned again and still did not do a thorough job. did not throw the rubbish in the toilet, did not wipe the top part. When i asked her to, she splashed water on the window and it went out to wet my balcony as well....(toilet windows face balcony). Asked her to mop the room floor but she did not bother to clean under my bed and the floor still felt dusty, and she did not bother corners of the room. So i need to ask her to do mop it again (not sure if she really did mop the first time tho).

There was 15 minutes left but they’re already preparing to go home when they haven’t wipe the dust on the tv cabinet and the table at the living room. Had to tell them to do it.

I don’t think it’s right to call them a professional in cleaning as there is not much attention to detail, lack of basic cleaning sense.

Considering the number of their previous customers, I expect them to know their tasks better.

Booked at 9am n arrived late....slow cleaning works....n leave early. Not recommended.
