Our appointment was supposed to be at 2pm. He arrived around 1.30pm and settled everything at 2pm. It was significantly remarkable service!

To proceed the primary requested windows repair, although Bilal ended up making another errand to obtain the right set of hinges due to old model of the original, he managed to obtain them in the end to ensure repairing target windows can properly open & close. In addition, in order to manage another requested odd job to replace with latest model of floor trap in our yard, he showed no hesitation to start cracking wrongly aligned cements beneath the drainage. Whatever comes next, he holds the right workmanship spirit as a true handyman to support many small difficulties in standard condo housings in Klang Valley. Despite of his challenging communication sometimes, my hats off to Bilal!
