We are very happy with this contractor. Normally people have argument with their contractors but not us. He listens well and sorted out all our problems. We do have issues as it is an old house being renovated. He is patient and helped us throughout all. Good workmanship. Tiling job is good and painting as well.

Bad service from this Wei Liam (Project Manager). This person requested for an appointment for the purpose of site survey. Ended with not turning up at all at the particular date and time, and worst of all, no apologies or anything.

Bathroom installation is botched due to earlier contractor who i stopped. Good
Balcony railing . Excellent.
Ceiling board patching, installing lights. V Good.
Doorway finishing in bathrooms, and kitchen. Good.
Painting. Poor. Varnished doors HAVE TO BE PAINTED W SPEED U/COAT before painting gloss paint. Bought paint. Not used. Varnish will bleed into gloss paint surface. No discount asked.
Floor polishing. V Good. Could be excellent. How do u do 3 coats varnish on parquet in 1 morning?
