I engaged this supplier to do PU waterproofing. Brian came to do the measurement and prepared the final quotation. Honestly, I did not expect a quotation with pictures taken by a drone. Indeed, it was impressive. The measurements were accurate. After confirming the order, Brian scheduled and brought his team to do the jobs. The job took 3 days to finish and Brian came twice each day. In the morning, he ensured the workers brought the tools and raw materials for the work. At the end of the day, he inspected the work in progress and sent his workers back. At the end of the jobs, his workers cleaned up the place and disposed the rubbish without any reminder. Great job

Water leakage repair work completed professionally with detailed explanation given regarding the solutions available, provision of work report and pictures for accountability and work progress explanation. Certainly, there is room of improvement for better coordination and work arrangement.
