Firstly not on time.

Secondly, the cleaners jst do bare minimum and need to be told everything (lack of common sense).

Some surface are not wipe. I have to wipe it myself after they left.

Overall come in time cleared ad-hoc jobs like toilets rooms and kitchen, thanks alot

The cleaners were efficient and helpful. Got them to do year end cleaning and they did a good job.

Home cleaning service done well, however timing was a problem as the cleaners came about 1 HR later than agreed time.

Booked for 9 to 11am but got a whatsapp to change time to 1pm to 3pm, which i am fine with. Then the night before asked to come earlier at 12noon which i was fine too. Nonetheless, rhe only came at 1pm which was the original agreed time. Cleaning was thorough albeit a bit slow. Would use again if not so pricey.

The technician was always impeccable, friendly, and professional. He's also very clean, leaving no trace that he was ever here. This is not the case for a lot of AC work we've done with prior companies.
