The cleaning was great and i'm very happy :) they followed instructions properly. Thankfully 3 hours is enough time because my house was very dusty.

Excellent work by them. Two of them did separate rooms without me telling. Always ask me to check if they’re doing good or not.

Satisfied. Overall good. Very attentive, very courteous, very polite. But as the cleaner ladies did anither cleaning before coming to my place, i guess it’s only natural they are tired and burnt out (they dis tried their best to clean) - hence some spots are missed out. But am ok as I understand. The company might want to allocate more break time for the staff before another job. I will reuse and recommend the service.

Still have rooms of improvement in details cleaning, especially toilet cleaning, the wall did not clean properly, still have dirt spots in toilet. And the usage of cleaning tools did not separate well, the floor is actually not clean enough, a lot of stains after mopping.
