Mr Pon is experience enough to fix previous vendor Mr Haider's shit. He check phase by phase and rectify explain to my neighbor on the main cause which headache me for long, its nothing to do with me.

Mr Haider has quote me to fix elbow which not the cause and poor workmanship costs me to pay another to Mr Pon to re-do, hacking, waterproof. Mr Pon attend to my house 4 times, ensure every phase fully dry then only continue the next steps to ensure quality.

Its really frustrated when previous vendor(from this apps too) refuse to attend during warranty period as he wish to quote me others and blamed my neighbour/tenant..erhhhh.... but at the end, my floor waterproof still in tiptop condition.

for those who read this review, Mr Pon from Spick & Span Enterprise, can help u from being head chopped off and avoid things become more complicated.
