Engaged with Splendid Caterers for an office event and they were SPLENDID indeed!Everyone in the office were impressive on the punctuality, food quality and also service delivered during the event. Moreover, other departments have asked me for the contact as well. The experience was clearly shown when they have brought plastic bags & rubber bands for employees to pack & take away food/left overs. Definitely recommend them to be hired for any events & the value for the money spend, it will be worthwhile!Excellent job Splendid Caterers, will be my 1st choice from now onwards.

Our first experience with Splendid Caterer was on my brother's pre-wedding dinner house buffet in May 2016. We have contacted Jonathan for the menus and charges. They are flexible on the menu, whereby they allowed us to change on a few food items without extra charges. As this is the first big event we had for our house, we have no idea on what should be the size for canopy. Jonathan came to our house to visual the size and advice on the canopy size, arrangement and so. On the event day, the food was warm, and they sent an experience worker to cook some of the light food at our place. Everything was just up to our expectation and satisfaction. Their staff is polite, helpful, clean and fast. Again, upon request, Jonathan agreed to borrow us the canopy, chairs and table for the next day used. So they actually dismantle the setting on the next 2 days , without extra charges. We would like to give Splendid 5 of 5 ! And yes, we will go for Splendid for our next house function!

1) The swapped out my menu without informing me prior. I only found out when the food was laid out on the table. Who does that?
- Prawn ball for Lobak
- Curry Puff for Banana cake (those yucky ones from Giant, RM5 a pack). Sweet for savoury, and we already had a large birthday cake.

2) Quantity of food catered was for 50 pax. Curry chicken was enough for 20 pax tops. The guy there said, "50 pax, usually we give 2 chickens"

We are very disappointed with the food and portions. We feel we have been tremendously short-changed.

Fast delivery and setup, friendly waiters and value for money food choices. Flexible in changing menu to your budget. Will use them again.
