I met Ian for the site visit and he completed the quotation. He provided many insights during the visit and willing to discuss the renovation work with us. He is very responsive via messaging and will clarify again before he did the quotation.

Job done overall okay. Workmanship is okay, deliver as per ask. Best to have proper design to provide accurate quotations and lack or common sense in design. Tiles were quoted with 42% variations. Overall, good to engage if got budget (more expensive) and clear design
