Average cleaning

Things to improve on:

1) Please inform house owner beforehand that your cleaners are males with the option to decline if you can't provide female cleaners.

2) They did not mop under carpets. I forgot to check earlier.

3) They did not make the beds. When asked, they said it was not part of the cleaning. I have hired other cleaning services and I don't even have to tell them to make the beds they do it already.

4) They should find something to do or clean until at least 10 mins before 2 hours is up. And time should start from the time they enter the house door. They arrived at my home 12 noon and 1.25pm dah keluar. 35 mins gone, but I paid for 2 hours.

5) Train your cleaners not to ask too many personal questions - especially if the house owner replies reluctantly the 1st time. One of the cleaner likes to ask a lot of questions. I deflected a lot of them respectfully. But other house owners may not like it.


I'm not a fussy customer but I will convey what I am not satisfied with. I may not seek your services anymore next time, too many things I'm not happy with. All the best and hope you improve for future success.

First of all, I want to thank you Sheila for being so accommodating to all my needs and questions. Thank you to Tulip for vacuuming, cleaning, arranging, scrubbing, dishes, carry n throwing all unused heavy things. They even placed bricks under my old fridge to give it extra support without me even asking, i didn't know i needed bricks until they did it. Definitely went above my requirements, extra mile and definitely will hire again! 5 star recommendation to you Tulip! My house is squeaky clean I can focus better now with my career and life ❤❤❤
