All I can say is their customer service is excellent. I do not have to spam their whatsapp chat to get what I need. They follow up with me every step of the way. Give suggestions which color is good for us and within my budget. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the price, quality and sales representative. Thanks Ryan and Adrian (installer) for going the extra mile to finish this up. Keep it up ! Oh and yes, they are punctual too . That's a plus plus point for me.

The blackout curtains just incredibly great and they change the ambience 360. From the measurement, quotation to installation completion, the service was smooth. They updated me every time even if the installer was a tad late which I didn’t mind at all. I am very satisfied with the installation. In a way, it did not require me to follow up as they delivered the service on time. The drapes again just completely amazing as they hang smoothly with elegance and lil subtle of high end touch.

Very friendly and excellent service. From quotation to installation and to after service, they always show professionalism and patience to help. Great advices given if you do not know what kind of curtains or blinds to choose from. Price are very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend anyone to go there.

Firstly Vorhang was the first to respond among many others that i reached out to. They were very efficient to come up with the initial quote. They are also very prompt in coming to your place at the time of the appointment. If they are late, they will inform u about 1/2 hour before. They are not the cheapest but they are good and reasonable.During installation, there was 2 wrong measurement taken for my master bedroom and dining room. This resulted the dining room having a shorter width and length as per my request.After a few deliberation, i was still blamed for my wrong information of the measurement. However, Vorhang offered to add 5 more meters on each side to accommodate the width. I was a bit sad as all the curtains are one piece but we came to this compromise agreement.Ryan is the boss and Adrian is the installer. Both were very professional, nice and easy to deal with.Despite all the hassle of wrong measurement, i am still going ahead to order my second set of curtain with Vorhang. Thank you for everything.
