The technician was not professional as the issue with my washing machine was not fixed at first time. It broke down a few times after he fixed it. I asked him to go check again, he charged additional fees of RM50 though he said got warranty. He also keeps calling me to pay for the RM50 though i told him i wanted my tenant to confirm no further issue with the washing machine before paying.

He pressured me to write a 5-star review on the spot in my house and write that everything was great, but I refused. He left my house with a sour face and upset.
When i wrote the short review above, he called my number the next morning to yell at me that I have done him wrong.

I wouldn't recommend him to anyone because this dude has anger problems. He talks A LOT to tell you about all of his talents, personal life and the long list of things he can fix. But a real honest and humble guy will just focus on the task at hand and answer what is relevant.
