The guy who came over was friendly, gave me honest reply and came to the site on time however, he mentioned that the power trip was due to the ceiling water heater that has a cable faulty and he doesn't have the parts or expertise to repair and ask me find a professional. Hence the initial request for repair the power trip wasn't solved. The visit itself cost RM80 but it wasn't solved

I was being told not to pay through the app before work starts. And I was being charged RM350 for the Labour work for replacing new water heater, adjust the balance ball in my toilet sink and repair the water tap of my kitchen basin. I bought the water heater while he bought the water tap. He even tried to fill up the work review on behalf of me using my phone but I refused to let him do so.
