Type of waterproofing available:

  • Cement with Polymer Additive (suitable for bathroom, before applying tiles)
  • Rubber Coating (Elastomeric liquid waterproofing emulsion) (suitable for rooftops)
  • Bituminous / Tar Coating (suitable for driveway, rooftops)
  • Bituminous / Tar Membrane (suitable for underground carparks)
  • PU Liquid Membrane (suitable for balcony, flooring)

Our specialists will advise on the most suitable type of waterproofing for different areas. Depending on the waterproofing material, it can be left exposed, or may need to be covered up (e.g. with a layer of cement).

  • Cement with Polymer Additive RM2 - 4 per square feet (psf)
  • Rubber coating RM3.50 - 5 psf
  • Bituminous coating RM2 - 4 psf
  • Bituminous membrane RM6 - 10 psf
  • PU liquid membrane RM10 - 15 psf
